Q: Where is Cardsharks Memorabilia Store Located?
A: Our store is located in the greatest shopping center on earth, West Edmonton Mall. We are directly across from Guest Services on the main floor of the mall beneath Starlight Casino which is on the upper level. The best way to access our store location is via the north side Entrance #8 which is directly below the Starlight Casino.
Q: Does my purchase arrive with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA)?
Yes. We access our wide variety of signed memorabilia by purchasing items directly from our partners who host private athlete/celebrity signings. These signings are verified prior to our purchase commitment. All signed items for sale in our store arrive with our Hologram and Certificate of Authenticity which guarantees the authenticity of the signed piece. Many items also carry third party authenticity from PSA/DNA, JSA or Beckett (BAS).
Q: What is the Cardsharks Memorabilia Store Hologram?
The Cardsharks Memorabilia Store tamper proof Hologram identifies the signed item as an authentic hand-signed piece of memorabilia which was purchased though our store. The accompanying Certificate of Authenticity guarantees the authenticity of the autograph.
Q: When is my item ready for pick-up?
A: If you've chosen to pick your order up at the store, please wait until you've received a phone call or email from our staff. We may require a day or two to pick and process your order. In some cases the item may need to be framed or in the case of signed jerseys, it may need to be sewn. In those cases it may take up to two weeks for the order to be ready for pick-up.
Q: Do You buy and trade collectible cards and autographed memorabilia in your store?
A: No. We are strictly a retail store. We sell collectible cards and signed memorabilia. We do not purchase or trade such items from the public. Please do not bring your item to our store for trade or sale, as we cannot help you in these matters.
Q: Does Cardsharks Memorabilia Store appraise collections or signed items?
A: No. Again, we are strictly a retail store and do not have an appraiser on staff. Please do not bring your items into our store for appraisals or valuation services as we do not provide those services.
Q: Do you sell Game Used Equipment?
A: No. Our items come directly from athlete signings and personal appearances. Athletes rarely bring their own game used equipment to such signings. Because we are strictly a retail store we do not barter or trade for these items on the secondary market, and therefore have no access to them.
Q: Will you authenticate my signed item?
A: No. Cardsharks Memorabilia Store does not have an forensic authenticator on staff. If your require authentication of an item not purchased though our store, we recommend PSA/DNA Authentication as the most reliable provider of third party authentication.
